The founder of TMK Management Services Company based at Sizwe Shopping Centre in Protea Glen has said hard work is the only option that people should take when they want to achieve their goals.

Founder and Managing director Siphiwe Timothy Monyai said it was not an easy journey for him to start the company which deals with auto and flat glass, glass repairing, aluminum doors and windows.

“To raise capital I went to Johannesburg and purchased ladies handbags, tights, scarves and sold them door to door and at Baragwanath Hospital. The business went well as I was saving money.  From there I sub-contracted with someone from Transnet where I was doing maintenance on their sub-stations and railway stations,” said Monyai.

Monyai said that with his salary and money made by selling bags, he registered TMK Management Services Company which allows him to venture into franchise businesses. He got an opportunity to buy National Auto Glass franchise. He added that they offer services such as auto glass and flat glass, window cleaning and signage and courier services.

“The courier services deliver anything customers want it delivered around the country. We also deal with auto glass repair and replacement, chip repair, servicing of patio doors, aluminum doors and windows, wooden doors and windows, mirrors, glass shelving, smash and grab and kitchen splash backs,” said Monyai.

He said the company is unique and gets creativeness solutions that meet the clients’ expectations and it is ethical for excellent services. He said they got courage and readiness to negotiate on behalf of clients in crisis. Monyai stated that they offer outstanding services to their customers and they are willing to keep them.

“We respond to customers as quick as possible, especially when a customer wants something that is time sensitive. We also know our customers by remembering their names. We fix our mistakes by taking responsibility and solving them. TMK Management Services go extra miles to keep its customers happy,” he said.

Monyai said he employed three marketers, two assistants, his father and himself are doing filter of windscreen. He added that apart from those he supervises employees, builds sales for the company and securing additional contracts from the municipality. He does bookkeeping and marketing tasks for the company and all customer service enquiries.
